Painting the House

I'm getting ready to have the interior of the new house painted, and I've got pictures of my color choices posted here.  There's one decision yet to be made, so if you've got feedback let me know right quick -- the painters begin work on Friday, so I only have a few days to nail down my plans.

UPDATE:  Since posting this item, I noticed the automatic page name given to the permalink for this entry.  I wonder how many search hits THAT'S going to generate for me???  :-D

I love your choices. Definitely like the lighter brown better for the family room. I do like the dark green for the guest room. I've noticed that with dark accent walls, if you use lighter contrasting linens and/or furniture, the room doesn't feel dark at all. The dark wall becomes a background to whatever is in front of it. While I don't think you should go darker in the family as Mom suggested, I do like the green for the guest room. With, perhaps, a romantic ivory lace beadspread, the room could have a very elegant, warm feel.
