Heartfelt condolences and well-wishes go out to Friend Of Blog Jack Bogdanski, whose quintessential Portland-area blog was hacked (perhaps?) and four years' worth of writing vanished.
He's back up and running with a new hosting service, and it looks like he's on his way to restoring much of what he had written via cached copies elsewhere on the web.
Good luck, Jack, here's hoping that you get back up to speed quickly!
