STEP #3: Abolish corporate income taxes
Now wait, before you get all upset... I'm not proposing that we stop taxing corporations. I'm suggesting that, since corporations are legally treated like distinct individuals, they should be taxed like people too. So we abolish the separate corporate income tax, and apply the standard personal income tax rates to corporations.
Of course, most corporations make more in profit than the average person makes in total income, so they'll naturally be taxed like rich people. But if for some reason a corporation really wasn't doing well financially (or was a small startup business) the tax burdens would be comparable to those on a low-income citizen.
